OK guy's, I just heard yesterday that If you take too many supplements it is bad for yeah. Cause they said, "By mixing all the supplements and vitamins, it could counter react one another." Is it true?

    CLA (before workout)

    L-lysine (night)

Those types of suppliments won't counter eachother. With aminos, your body just changes one to another as needed. Vitamins tend to get urinated out except for some things like vitamin C, which can cause damage to certain organs in excess (but I don't see that in what you're taking). Taking something like calcium carbonate with a phosphate is going to counter eachother. Creatine and carbo hit are going to compliment eachother. Etc, etc.

I would scrap the animal stack as it is a waste of money. Also, scrap the l-vitamins and just use your BCAA's. Everything looks cool.

Definately think animal stack is worthless..your choices beside that however are fine..personally i take r-ala, biotin, vanadyl sulfate, whey, dextrose, maltodextrin, flax oil and fish oil.

Hey I take something similar. Just subtract the bottom 5 (cla and down) and add creatine. Now, out of those 5 that he has, would any of those benefit me? Glucosamine or CLA?
Sorry, not trying to hijack, but I'm on the same base here

I would throw out the animal pack like daman said...Placebo effect . Other stuff looks good though, and they wont counteract each other!

    Animal pack (before workout)
I like the Animal Pak - lots of good vitamins, minerals, BCAA, digestive enzymes, herbs and so forth. The pills are like swallowing golf balls though. Take them with meals and plenty of water to help absorbtion and lower stomach upsetting.

    Multivitamin (morning)
This is not necessary since you are already taking the Animal Pak mix...

    L-arginine (before workout)
    L-glutamine (before workout)

Can't hurt. Glutamine composes about 60 percent of your muscle tissue (not incuding water). And both are said to help with GH production. Usually quality MRP's and Whey proteins suppply additional Glutamine, and sometimes Arginine...

BCAA (night..animal pack as amino acid thats way more at night)
Not necessary. Get a qaulity Whey protein like Designer Whey - you will get much more bang for your buck...

    CLA (before workout)
Has been said many times to help with fat loss... found naturally in eggs.

    Liver Aid (morning)
    Milk thistle (night)
Why are you so concerned about your liver? Do you have high liver values?

    L-lysine (night)
    Herpes?

    Gluclosamine/chondroitin (night)
Chondroiton is a waste of money as a joint supporter - better off with an MSM/Glucosamine mix.
