    Protein Intake

Is it alright if a majority of my protein intake (100g) is coming from isopure shakes? After I drink them I eat some carbs because there is none in the shake. I can't eat that much because I live in the dorms and its hard enough not to get fat.
    Thanks

It's better than nothing, but protein from red meat like steak is the best IMO (it gives you all of the aminos). I hope you don't mean 100g in one serving though. Your body can only use up to 50g at one time.

On the days you workout, go for 3-4 times.

Actually, if you weight about 200lbs, then you should be taking 4 times per day and go for 6 times on workout days. If you're about 150lbs, then you should be taking in 3 times per day and go for 5 times on workout days.

Yes it is bad. It is not a good idea to be basing your diet on shakes. Real food is always best. 2-3 shakes per day is ample.

6 Protien shakes a day!! I couldnt manage that myl ife would revolve around drinking shakes, thats not right. Theres not enuff time in the day to make and drink 6 shakes a day, and work for a living.

2-3 and 3 meals a day is good enough.

Id also get a higher protien shake which has over 70 grams of protien, reflex nutrition do 1.
Maybe you could get some protien bars aswell, like maxi muscle maxi meal replacement bars.

Or maybe a weight gainer supplement instead of just a protien 1, but weight gainers tend to put on fat around the waistline quite a bit.

6 shakes a day is too time consuming.

What kind of protein shakes do yall take that drinking 6 is too time consuming. I'm just wondering, because I know it only takes me about three minutes to mix and drink a protein drink if I'm in a rush. I normally just mix it in a small gatorade bottle and drink it normally. I count that as part of my liquid consumption. I even did it when I was working behind a desk. I know that it took longer when I used the mix that needed a blender, but now I use one that I just shake up in the bottle. Only takes like 30 seconds to make.
