Wat are all your thoughts on nitro-tech mixed in with flaxseed oil?
i currently and talkin that and in 2 weeks my bench went up 20-25lbs... also consider im on my second week of my diet or high protein and med-low carbs.... just would like to kno all ur thoughts on this? thanks
well nitro tech is nothing more than overpriced whey protein in my opinion, taking it with flax oil is fine, however i dont suggest doing this post workout as the fat will slow down digestion....any other protein/fat meal is fine though. i dont know that the combo will make you stronger, i've been doing it for a while now. though im sure it helps it is not the only reason why your bench went up im fairly sure. it's a great combo though, because flax tastes like $hit and the protein hides the taste.
nitro-tech reacts better with my body than other types of protein shakes .. and yes flaxseed oil does taste like SH!T
