You may have an allergy to whey. You may be lactose intolerant, in that case try a whey w/lower lactose content - this may have happened recently, I developed this when I was about 16 for some reason.

Either way, your body is having trouble digesting the protein. Go buy some digestive enzymes... these shoulf help alot.

I developed it when I was 10...It sucks. Lactose intolerant is a bitch dude...But first off i took these pills called Lactase...It's an OTC, makes it easier for you to digest dairy. I would get SEVERE stomach cramps, and feel like I would die if i swallowed a pill sometimes..but eventually it went away for me...I still get bloating and diarhea in the morning if I drink milk without taking the pills, and God does it ever suck .

It could be a reaction to any of the ingredients. I'd say to just go back to what you were using before. This is why I always advise people to get the smallest thing they can when they are trying something new so they can see if they're going to have any reaction to it before they spend a lot of money on something.

i eliminated the milf from my shakes and the headaches have gone away. Thats so weird though i cant believe that i am lactose intolerant at all. I have also noticed that by eliminating the milf i have seen some rersults in my physique as the nilf fat was the only source of fat in my diet....aside from the oils that i am taking

agreed. it could also be that your body is adjusting to taking in this much protein and drinking that much whey.

I had the same problem with a new protein so I just gave it away. I dont know what caused the headaches but I now only use Optimum Nutrition and havent had a head ache since.

I think that the headaches may be from the fact that your body is use to the protein that you have taken before and is trying to adjust to the new kind of protein. I agree with LM1332, Isopure is the best protein I have tried. As far as what do I eat before I go to bed? I dont eat anything before bed, in fact, I dont eat anything after ten oclock at night because your metabolism slows down after ten. But before ten I would say that tuna would be good.
