    First ProHormone Cycle

I am thinking about doing my first pro hormone cycle and was looking for some advise on what to use. I was thinking of an M1-T product, but heard I should stay away from that as my first every cycle.

try s1+ which is 1-test//4ad.... I'm currently starting m1,4ad with s1+.... But for your height, arn't you a little low on weight? Is your diet and workout routine in check or what? Or are u a really hard gainer?

That is really light for someone that tall. But i would also say that s1+ would be better for you at this point. Much safer and less sides when compared to m1t. Do a double dose of s1+ for 30 days, so that should be 2 bottles for about a month. That will get you some gains for sure, unless your diet and training regimen is off.

This is bizarre. There is no way you could be eating properly at 5'11" 140. I would try using food as a supplement instead of hormones.

That is pretty much the weight of your skin, bones and organs, with very little muscle on top of that. I would get your diet and training in check first for sure.

Thanks guys. I know I need to focus more on my diet. I was thinking of the PH to supplement an improved diet to help gain a bit faster. I know 140lbs is extremely light. I'm going on a serious bulking program starting in 2 weeks.

Take two years of natural bulking to get a base before you even bother with pro-hormones. you will only hurt yourself in the end.

It's not me. I'm 5'11"/190, and I feel like a stick, so I don't know. I agree with you though.
