I'm mid cycle on Test Entenate and need diet help.
I'm having a hard time getting in calories since I work no the road all day and gotta eat out the van which is also good cause i can munch down all day out of a cooler. Can someone make me a meal plan from when I wake up to when I goto sleep with exact foods and recipes.

I'll try to post my current diet in a bit. I went from 185 to 208 or so right now so its not all that bad but i want maximum gains. Thanks.
