What supplements do you think are essencial?

What supplements in your opinion do you think are essencial, and if you have the time tell why?

Right now I'm just taking a multi and flax caplets. I'm adding some R-ALA and biotin, soon.

Whey Protein: your Muscles Best friend

Il keep this short and simple, Aside from having a healthy, clean balanced diet, i honestly think that whey protein is an essential supplement for building and maintaining your body. Unless you get enough protein from your whole meals, which i seriously doubt, whey protein is a very convenient way of reaching your protein requirements evryday without having to feel like a glutton! good luck

Sorry, I didn't mention whey. To me, I guess whey is a given.

Good whey protien, Multivitamin, Vitamin C & E supplements, Flax seed oil, Glucosmine/Condritin, and Creatine on and off.

Workout hard, have a good diet, say your prayers and eat your vitamins... (and protien and creatine).

I also take glucosamine and chondroitin. It has helped a great deal. I tore my ligaments in my left knee my senior year in high school and thought I was done for. I started taking that and less than one year I was back to exercising again. I take it everyday to help my joints as joint problems run in my family.
