Any One Here Take Vitamins And Minerals?????
Ive noticed on this board everyones asking about colostrum,creatine,HMB,fat burners etc etc.
Now obviously protein is #1 for ANY supplement scheme but any one here worry about taking AT A VERY MINIMUM a Multi Vitamin and Mineral??????
Im expecting that alot of people are going to come back at me and say , well im sure my diet covers it all.
Im trying to say you couldnt be more wrong , do you know to get the MINIMUM (RDA is recomended daily allowance for GENERAL HEALTH!!! not for atheletes remember as trainers we need more than the AVERAGE person) amounts of Vitamin C you need to eat over 10 oranges a day.
