little confused????
i know everyone gets sick of hearing about 1ad/4ad, but i have a question that i couldn't find an answer too on any of the threads. i'm planning on taking a 1ad/4ad stack for the first and only time. i want major results, but i obviously don't want alot of sides. what would be the maximum dosage to use for each before i start to hurt myself, and should i gradually work up at the beginning and then taper off the dosage at the end? remember, it is my first time too, so should i take it a little slower. i was going to take 6oxo, any recomendations for taking this would help as well. thanks alot.

first off you didnt post your age your goals your protein/carb intake what you take right now so all that effect things
