Topical supps usually don't get a very high % into the blood, not sure how that one is though.
Yeah it is the gel...Since I posted this I talked to a friend of mine who tried it, and advised if i wanted to do a short duration stack I should try M1T, said i definitely would not be disappointed ! So I am going to try that first. Save the 1T hydroxy for another time. I would still be interested though if anyone else has tried it and what kind of success they had....thanks for your input !
