You have to force yourself to eat bro. Eat, Eat, Eat every 2-3 hours. Its not going to be easy but its the only way youl get huge. You can only get so much from shakes and weight gainers. Thats why they are called supplements. They are only supposed to SUPPLEMENT your diet not the other way around.Your supplements by no means should replace foods found in a healthy clean diet. Good Luck!

i think that foods like beef and nuts which are calorie dense will help you. also a quick way to add 400 calories is from pro lab lean mass matrix, a good sugarless weight gainer. alot of gainers out there are all sugars but this will only get you fat.

I recommend snacking on nuts throughout the whole day. Great way to do it, especially roasted almonds or mixed nuts. Nuts are full of short chain omega-3, healthy mono-unsaturated fats, and almonds are full of protein, and fiber. They are calorie dense. Protein should be split up throughout the day, because your body can only use so much at a time.
