I have used GNC's Solotron, Ultra Mega II, and Mega Men. I like the Mega men. If you want something similar to Mega Men and want to buy from www.allsportsnutrition.com , Optimum Nutrition has one...

The king of multivitamins is the Life Extension Foundation's Mix (there's a lot of science behind this). This is the ONLY REAL multi-vitamin. If you are rich, maybe you can afford it.

a little information for the centrum users. Centrum is junk! the same calicum they use in cement mix is the same calcium they use in their multi, also the coating they use for multi is the same chemical they use in windex glass cleaner.

the delivery system is garbage, it is really a multi designed for that very sedentary person who does not excercise. You want a multi that will deliver the right minerals and vitamins at the right time through out your intenstinal track and dispersed into your cells.

Centrum is like a sugar cube, you put it water and it disolves no matter if your body needs it or not. There is really no delivery system in this product. cheep? yes! but for a few bucks more you can get a way better vitamin with a controled delivery system

Apex multi. and depending what profile your into. high protein, general muti, or high carb diet.

Animal pak seems good but if you have to take that many pills to reap the benefits of a multi than I rather choose something better like Apex. There is alot of reason why Apex is far better but to some it really would not matter why.

This is very normal and is usually due to water-soluble pigmented components of B Vitamins and/or Beta-Carotene. Enzyme levels in the body increase or decrease according to nutrient intake. If you have not been taking supplements appropriately it will take the body time to utilize the extra vitamins and minerals forcing it to harmlessly excrete the unused nutrients. Within a few weeks the color intensity should diminish as the body adapts by increasing enzyme activity. However, there should always be some slight coloration of the urine when using a multivitamin, suggesting proper tissue saturation.

depending where you're at, I would check your local health clubs like 24 hr Fitness, Lifetime Fitness, LA fitness, Pure Fitness or World Gym. If you can not find them in your area the only other option would be their web site. Apex supplements are not marketed in any magazine or you will not be able to find them in a health fode store. Their only sold at select gyms and from their web site. Thats another great thing about Apex, that their not into mass marketing and they make a tailored group of supplements that are made for people in the fitness industry to complement their demanding lifestyle.

I really could not say but their al alike. You dont pay 7.99 for a 120 days supply and think your going to be getting a great product. Walgreens, sams club, costco, etc.. their all the same! A mass produced viamin so they can make money and for the most part nobody really cares.
