Right, I am keen to get back to the gym as a dodgy shoulder and extreme lazyness have meant I have not trained for about 8 months, which is a shame as I had made some reasonable gains. i ahd got up to about 13 1/4 stone, which is 185 pounds and I am 6 foot. Now, i am down to about 168, which sucks :(
Previously I always used Maximuscle supplements, Progain, Ribomax/Cyclone and Creatine 8000 for the loading dose. It seemed to do well, but was so **** expensive. I was spending like £50-£60 a week on them, which is a bit expensive.
So, can anyone tell me which supplement companies to go for and where to buy from in the UK? Or are we always gonna be paying more :(
