my buddy is one of those guys who cant gain weight. Hes 6'3 and soaking wet 160 pounds. He lifts regulary and eats like a cow. Right now hes on cell tech and a protein shake a day. Hes always eating what kind of supplements or foods should he be eating to gain weight? Right now he eats a lot of potatoes and peanutbutter..
how many cal's he takin in per day? how many meals per day? how often are his meals spread out?
im not sure how many calories hes taking.. but he eats probably four or five times a day..and normally he eats every couple of hours...

Why not invite him over to AR to join up, then you don't have to worry about relaying everything to him, as I'm sure he'll be more then greatful. Now if you're looking to bulk up then I'm sure we'll be more then helpful to assist you in your goals. ;)
