add some high calcium to your diet, studies are showin that calcium helps in cutting.
Whatcha gonna do....
i might be wrong but isn't flax seed oil for bulking? id cut that one out bro..
absolutely NOT....flax oil is essential fatty acids....you need fat to burn fat...especially omega 3 fats which come from flax, fish, and other nuts and oils. i take a tablespoon or two a day and lose a pound a week. flax oil should be taken by everyone for its benefits.Quote:

Personally, I would go with BCAAs, like you have and drop the glutamine, others will disagree, but thats just me. If youre gonna use CLA go with a high dose, otherwise, its just not gonna work.
Good Luck.

For cutting, I would drop the creatine, because it causes water retention. I would also cut the BCAA. Your body does need the aminos the burn fat, but your body doesn't need all of the aminos, it makes the aminos that it doesn't have. And the body uses energy when it's busy trying to build amino acids. So you're causing your body to burn more energy by not supplimenting aminos. Everything else is okay..
Why dont you cut 260 other fat cals from your diet and replace them with flax?Quote:

IMO, i agree with the other bro's...drop the creatine, and keep the Flax. EFA's are very important. I'm personally looking into Clen, keep us posted. Thx.
Can somebody tell about the point in having flax oil (fish oil, omega3), AND linoleic plus linolenic acids which are unsaturated too and have N.3 and N.6.
I'm not saying it's useless, i'm asking into knowing.
Cheers y'all!
pretty much spot on. Drop the flax, keep the fish oil.Quote:

wellll just take DNP
You have a lot of excess things you just dont need and/or dont work. Heres what Id suggest:
6g Fish Oil
1 Multivitamin
5g creatine before and after workout
1-1.5g Calcium
1g Vitamin C
Dont see why he must drop the flax.I see no reason.explain!!!!!!Quote:

Consuming fat sources rich in omega-3s, such as flax seed oil, may help to correct this imbalance. However, the omega-3 found in flax seed oil, alpha linolenic acid (ALA, not to be confused with alpha lipoic acid), has only limited conversion to the more important EPA and DHA, and the magnitude of its biological effects is much smaller [4]. Also, it only partially corrects the evolutionary imbalance, because a large portion of the omega-3s we consumed provided ample amounts of DHA [2]. For this reason, it is important to emphasize a diet that is high in both EPA and DHA, and one of the best ways to achieve this is supplementation with fish oil [4]. The EPA and DHA found in fish increases plasma concentrations more than from fish oil supplements, but in this case one has to eat a lot of fish on a regular basis [5], and an additional problem is that fish that are not caught in the wild tend to have lower concentrations of EPA/DHA. Fish oil supplements are also a more convenient and less expensive source of EFAs.

most people do not need to supplement 6's and 9's. 3's are the only deficient ones in most.
much appreciated, thanks!Quote:

Should i get some fish oil to go along with it, any ideas?
Looks pretty solid. Fish oil is usually recomended @ 6 caos a day, totaling 1.5g total epa/dha. If you have extra cash, maybe grab some fish oil, and take 3 caps, and supplement with flax as well. Then when the flax runs out, up the fish oil to 6 caps.
