    Puked from Multi

    I took my multi after working out this morning on an empty stomach (i only had a rocket shot to get me up pre workout)and then went to get something to eat at the diner. 8 minutes later I puked up everything.

    Is this from the multi on an empty stomach?

    yep, you are correct. take your multi with food or with foor in your system.

    Some multi's just don't agree with me. I had to try a few different brands until I found one that did...

    The empty stomach is not a good idea either... need to take them with food.

    What multi is easy on your stomach. I took the twinnlab daily 1, w/iron.

    dude...just take it along with ya. It absorps better with food anyways.

    Ya... alot of those vitamins are fat soluble... so you need food w/your vitamin to utilize them!

    It's the iron bro. You can get Men's multi's without iron, or you can just take them on a full stomach.

    was it a GNC multivitamin. I made the same mistake before. Woke up late for work, skipped breakfast when for a glass of milk and a multi. I chunked big time.

    You should take multi vitamins with food. The more complete it is, the more important it is for you to have food with it.
