MI have been doing a lot of reading in this forum and found a lot of info that was new to me on creatine. One question I had was how well creatine and a ketogenic diet mixed. Is one or the other redered less effective? Thoughts anyone :lift:

creatine needs carbs to thrive well and work to the max, no carbs, it wont do ****
You can still take plain creatine after a workout to replenish your body's supply, and it will still be better than not using creatine at all. Plus its dirt cheap.
Some companies say insulin potentiators work great to help.(Ex-isoleucine)
I wouldn't know. I'm not a big creatine glutton.
