    New Member Question

I am a coach, I feel I know alot about supplements, I have questions about these" legal atlernatives" I know they are not as good as the real deal. I want my atheletes to get stronger through supplements but I don't need them to gain 30 lbs of muscle. I need them strong but not bulky. Any suggestions? I am also interested in ZMA and how it can help. Thanks I really find this site educational

All i can suggest is, diet is very important. Make sure they get enough protein, and enough sleep. When that is in order, you can look into supplements further.

Ditto. And ZMA works wonders at aiding in getting good sleep.
