what is the best thing out there rite now for getting cut ./second of all what is go supplement on getting big. whats the latest stuff out there that has gotten results.,
also what do u think of impact supplements such as EQ has anyone ever used this before and if so what results have you gotten.
Hot-rox or clenbutrx for cutting. Whey protein is the essential supplement to getting big. Other than that i would go with m1t, that stuff is getting great reviews from almost everyone who uses it(minus the sides).

Since when is ephedrine not OTC anymore? The only thing banned is the herbal stuff and that's crap anyway compared to ephedrine.
Best suppliment is test cyp. Hands down.
