This will come as no suprise to some of you, but for the others who are having trouble sleeping I would suggest taking Melatonin. I take 3mg 30min before I go to sleep and Im out like a light. I was having a major problems sleeping and it was starting to effect the way I eat, I wasnt hungry and everything grossed me out. I just recently started taking this stuff and its working great. The only thing I wonder is if you can physically get addicted to this stuff. I guesss we'll find out when i stop taking it.
