This will come as no suprise to some of you, but for the others who are having trouble sleeping I would suggest taking Melatonin. I take 3mg 30min before I go to sleep and Im out like a light. I was having a major problems sleeping and it was starting to effect the way I eat, I wasnt hungry and everything grossed me out. I just recently started taking this stuff and its working great. The only thing I wonder is if you can physically get addicted to this stuff. I guesss we'll find out when i stop taking it.

I've been taking it for a long, long time. It works great. I sometimes wonder myself whether I would or even could sleep without it..

You'll be able to sleep without it, or atleast I usually don't have a problem falling asleep. Unless of couse I took an ECA after 6:00 pm, then I'm up for awhile. Why don't ya try and go one night without it and see if you can fall asleep.

good stuff, resonably cheap, not to mention no groggy feeling in the morning like ty p.m....

Melatonin is great....cant say enough good stuff about it.
