supplement question
im 5" 10 150
i want to put on around 20 more lbs
i take protein after i work out, i was thinking about adding celltech to my supplement list. Will celltech and prtin do the job? because someone suggested NO2 instead of creatine. what would be better?
also is celltech the way to go out of all creatine products?

Celltech sucks its creatine with koolaid. Get some high quality creatine, and as for no2 go with arginine instead and save the money for more creatine or protein.

i would go with either meta cell creatine or vitargo by nutrex.

i got a gold card@ gnc, so i can get the huge container ( 7lbs) for 30% off today. I was wondering should I load? how much should I takedaily?

Celltech and No2 are both just overpriced. You can get creatine alot cheaper than celltech and No2(50$ a bottle) is just arginine(10$ a bottle).

just get the eas creatine....works just as good as celltech without the stomach probs.. and 20lbs of lean wt wil require more than protein and creatine...a great diet and workout prog

thanks, just got the 7 lb bottle for 45 bux @ gnc which is a great price , im not complaining.
i wanna start taking it monday, now - do i need to load up on it? how would u guys suggest taking it? i got plenty protein from allsportsnutrition, tahts where i allways been getting it and its been working out great as well!

alot of ppl load, me i just go the maintaining stage dosage, imo loading u piss out more creatine than u hold in.....another good thing to do is get a good source of protein in the morning (eggs,natty penut butter) and a slow digestive protien at night (soy,casein),,
