    best supplement?

    what supplement has given you the best results?

    personally,nitro tech for me, but im tryin to find something else, to expensive.

    well depends on what you are talking about... For the mass 1ad for the weight gain some home made cocktail made with Creatine/Glutamine/Hmb/Natural Product. but haven't done any ST yet, be more specifie. nitro tect is a proteine right? The best I ever had was.... dont remeber the name... a good one I know his IsoPreme

    ON 100% whey protein is good protein. Good for the price too.

    yea im talking mostly about mass, ive been thinking about taking ON whey protein ive heard alot of good things about it. Also thinking about taking creatine, what are good brands of creatine that are both affordable and effective?

    i think ive seen quickest results off of creatine,but i like whey protein...
