taking m1t with meal or no meal?

whoever tried m1t do u take it with a meal or without a meal? also i there a time difference to take 5mg? im doing 10mg a day and wondering how long after the first 5mg was taking should i wait to take the the other 5mg??

when should i notice the effects of it? that i know its kicking in along with my ALL U CAN EAT PROTEIN DIET HAHAH

Take with or without a meal...doesn't matter.

Take 5 mg in the morning when you get up, the other 5 mg about 8 hours later.

You should feel it within 3-4 days.

I agree. You want good blood saturation, especially when taking PH's..
