    Flax Seeds

For those of you that grind up the seed instead of using the oil. What do you put them in? I added them to a glass of water and they just sunk to the bottom. I added them to oatmeal and that worked great. Any other ideas. There are so many more benefits to using the seed then the oil in my opinion that it just makes sense.

    Thoughts?

I add them to water and drink what will come with the water, Then I fill it with water again and drink what comes with again. I just repeat until I get them all.

The oatmeal thing is the easiest way.

You can also blend it into protein shakes, mix it in with tuna...basically anything, really.

A coffee grinder works great you can pick up a good one at amazon.com for around 20.00. I buy organic seeds at a local market but I think many grocery stores have them. Probably just need to ask at the customer counter.

Oh and I am paying less than $2.00 per pound for brown. Golden sell for more but it is more of a marketing hype that places a bigger price, since quality is the same. You only need a table spoon per day so a couple of pounds can last you a month or so.
