what would you guys recommend to raise test levels while taking m1t - 4-ad or 1-ad?
You don't know enough about these compunds, do some research, m1t is very serious stuff it could mess you up prety good if you don't know what your doing. 1-ad is basicly the same thing as m1t, converts to 1-test. 4-ad converts to testosterone.

I understand that, but try and find out the simple stuff like what compounds convert to what and stuff like that befor you ask questions. Try and reserve the questions to things that are experience based questions, like what kind of gains did you get from....
I'm not trying to be a dick, but i just don't think you should try something like m1t without knowing everything there is to know about it.

today is my 6th day on m1t,i freaking got a boner ,and i didn't let that one slip away,busted the biggest load OMFG :)
