i had to stop off at the vitamin shoppe on my way to work and i saw they had these new ready to drink nitro tech shakes. im not really a fan of muscletech products (mainly b/c price) but these have 40g of protein and 5g carbs and they didnt taste too bad at all. theyre like 4$ each so they definitely wont be a regular thing but for a quick protein fix theyre pretty good. just thought id let everyone know
