how can you tell if your holding water? im on m1t,today is my 5th day, face and wrist look normal to me, weighed in last week around 165 ,checked weighed today at about 176, hope its not water or fat, been eating super fkin clean with lots of fkin protein,**** eating every 2hrs haha
You will be able to feel the water when you touch your muscles, at least I can. You will also see it in your cheeks and the lower part of your face.
Its just the you body is storing up on the phos-creatine and other nutrients.
