Question about ECA

I'm new to the board and I was asking around about weight loss supplements. I am 20 yr., 130 lbs, 5'7, female. I was advised to use ECA. The only thing is that I am a student-athlete and NCAA bans ephedia. I really just want to take ECA as soon as my last meet which is May 17th. and quit 1 week before school. How long does ephedria stay in your body, because we have to take drug test 2 weeks into school. I was wondering when I should stop taking this product so it won't show up on my drug test. I know to some this question maybe stupid or the least of your worries, but its really important to me and I would appreciate any help. Thanks. :yellowcon

I am not too sure... I would like to know too.

Maybe just like any other drug you can take a niacin pill and 2 gallons of water and be good to go?? I have been taking Ephedra for like 2 months now so I am wondering too how long before it will be clear of my system once I stop.

Yes it does. It especially shows up in methemphetamine (sp) tests. The other drug tests can be beaten if you plow down 3-4 gallons of water at least 8 hours before a test.

ok..so what if i stop all ephedra like 2 weeks out from a drug test? can i say that i'm safe?

ive heard 1 month to completely flush it out. so start in may.. stop on august 1. begin school in sept and your good. start up after the test again.
