i am on my 6th day of m1t, 10mg a day,so far strength gains kicking in,feel like im not satisfied with my workout and i wanna do more sets ,anway i read threads that 4ad should be taking a week early before starting m1t? so is it really late for me to add the 4ad for additional gains and strength? or should i hold of and save the 4ad for the 2nd m1t cycle?
