i am on my 6th day of m1t, 10mg a day,so far strength gains kicking in,feel like im not satisfied with my workout and i wanna do more sets ,anway i read threads that 4ad should be taking a week early before starting m1t? so is it really late for me to add the 4ad for additional gains and strength? or should i hold of and save the 4ad for the 2nd m1t cycle?
i personally would up the m1t to 20mg a day
up to 20mg and not use the 4ad? also do u build a tolerance against it? cause i still got 4bottls left,and i dont wanna get used to it you know?
How much do you weigh? If your under 200 lbs. i would say stay at 10 mg.
But definately stack it with 4-ad.
im at 176 now and doing 10mg,with the ban coming im gonna order some more 4derm:)
