    Ultimate preworkout matrix?

    Beta-Alanine + Caffeine Anyhydrous + BCAA's + Arginine Ethyl Ester + Creatine Ethyl Ester + Taurine?

Seems to me it would be a cost effective preworkout matrix. What's your guys opinions?

not taurine. the rest is good, but i'd go with a creatine monohydrate or krealkalyn, amp 02 and lipoflame are great as well, cinnamon, and of course heavy metal!!! _\m/

What about the caffeine and creatine? Wouldn't the caffeine work against the creatine since it is a diuretic and creatine retains water? Would you over come this by drinking more water?

I've questioned this myself, but I truly believe it doesn't make much of a difference. i've taken loads of caffeine while on krealkalyn and I definitely still felt the krealk working. mass water consumption is just an urban legend. You don't need more than a gallon per day. many supplements these days contain both creatine and caffeine so it's not a big deal.
