Tips For My Hieght, Weight, Etc.

What's up everyone, I just need some helpful tips on how to legaly bulk-up.

I'm 21 years-old and 5' 5" male at 135 pounds. My waist is about 31 so given my measurements maybe you all can help with products, cycling, etc.

I'm going into the military soon and don't want anything that would show up as anything on a drug screen. Even if there are ways around it, I won't try.

I want real huge arms, tight chest, and a real defined 6-pack. Muscular but lean. With my frame I know I can do it but the creatine, protien, eating 6-7 times a day, really lifting and switching it up to hit different parts of my muscles, etc. is not cutting it!

What would be a great and quick plan with positive side effects (not shrink my balls, keep my labido, etc.). I've heard wonders of 1-AD with 4-AD but before I try it I thought I would post this for people who really seem to know their ****.

All tips are welcomed. Thank you all very much.

Eat a lot, work hard, get plenty of rest. Save steroids /pro-hormones for when you can't gain without them.

Just eat clean, stop the cardio, if your doing it, train hard and sleep like 8 hours a night and you will put on weight.

Might want to keep doing 'some' cardio if youre soon to enter the millitary. This does depend on if youre going to be entering a physically demanding area or not. If youre soon to be running miles everyday etc then having done no cardio for a while will probably leave you struggling at the start.
