hey guys i started my first m1t cycle last tues. the 6th since then i have went up 6 pounds...and that with not eating as much as i should as far as protein, carbs, cal. but now im on the right track but i also went up about 10 pounds on bench since then maybe more. but this stuff is pretty good. i have had no sides either besides being a little tired but thats about it. well just thought i would inform all of you that are still thinking about taking m1t ....its good stuff.
