Supplements
I've been working out for about 6 months. I want to get alot bigger but prefer to do it naturally for now. I read about so many supplements like creatine, HMB, ZMA, glutamine, etc. A person could spend a small fortune on these. Can someone give me some feedback regarding supplements that have a proven track record and work. Thanks

creatine, glutamine, protein, Hard work, Hard work, Hard work.
unless your gonna juice you gotta give getting huge
alittle more time than 6 months.
Even try changing up your work out program.
It took me a year of different programs and learning what my body was capable of doing before i came up with a workout program that was suited for me and i could notice gains.
