How much grape juice is everyone taking will 5 grams of creatine? Is just enough to have it mix well like a shot glass or do you need a certain amount for the best absorption? I'm taking 5 grams 2x day. And is it ok to add 5 grams of glutamine at the same time?

I mix it in about 10oz of grape or apple juice. I don't think it really matters as long as it's dissolved.
I take mine with water and it always disolves OK give it a stir and drink it simple!
Go with a big 10 or 16 oz glass, the sugars will help to maximize the effects
