    Calculating Body Fat

    I have been searching all over the internet for a Body fat perecentage equation but I have not found any that are accurate. Most only ask for waist size and weight, or just heigh and weight. I know there is a better one where you measure the circumfrence of a couple of things. Does anyone know a good equation?

    How do you guys measure yours?

    PS. I just ordered one of those fat pincher ones to get your bf, it came with diet pills

    I don,t feel the calculations work it out correct.Mine is always different if I use a calculator to the calipers.Stick with the calipers
