    Anyone every herd of CAT training, i forgot what it stands for. Is it really beneficial or a waste.

    i prefer dogi training ! lol ........no seriously its some thing similar to mike m , high intensity short w/outs sort of thing .... personally i think the high volume pyramide style is better , most pros i know who have trained high intensity end up getting hurt or tearing stuff e.g dorian , ernie taylor , tommi thor , etc ...
