Thread: Inner Thigh

What would you suggest be the best work out for toning up the inner thigh... I do the "inner thigh machine" but not seeing anything to get excited over.... just wondering if there are anymore techniques?

Walking lunges will do wonders for your inner thigh and hamstrings, or wide stance squats,not to mention the glutes...

Squat girl! And cardio- Try walking at an 12% incline at 3.0 ish. Gauntlet, bike..

Thanks a lot! I will do that tomorrow, being that it is legs i have to work on...
I don't have a problem with my quads, they seem to gain muscle really good, but it's that damn inner thigh!! lol
But it will come, eventually....with lots of training
