how many sets and reps precontest?
guys..how many sets and reps do you do for each body part 6 weeks out from a comp? i'm currently doing 4 exercises 4 sets each for big muscle groups and 3 exercises 3 sets each for small muscle groups, all heavy and low volume. should i continue this heavy low volume training till the final week of contest prep?
