    How do you try to lose "love handles"?

    Besides cardio, diet, and eca what exercises, methods, programs do you do to burn fat off your hips and obliques?

    I was wondering this myself,, and yes i know there is no such thing as spot reduction. I would be interested in hearing how others got rid of that damn kidney fat.

    Well, honestly diet is about all you got, you can do twists and side bends, that might help but you're just working and actually increasing the size of the muscle in that region. I get on the back extension machine , turn sideways and do bends using my own body weight for resistance.

    The most pathetic thing to see is when I enter a gym and I see that the first thing the person goes to is an ab machine. And to top that, it's not even a decline bench to do sits but those sissy ab assistance excercises. Mind you, these guys are 20-30%BF. Most likely their diet is horrible too. Sorry for rambling......

    Diet is the KEY to losing fat, add some cardio too.

    Yeah....better watch it talking crap about all those big fat guys!! They could corner you in the gym and sit on ya!!!!

    But yes, diet and cardio are THE key o fat loss.
