    ab question

    i like to do a coulpe of minutes of ab exercises every night before bed is that ok, will it effect my growth? thanks for info.

    haha no it wont affect or effect anything just a waste of time. If you working abs do em the man way. Take atleast 30 min to do em

    on a inclined bench with 45 lbs plate.. situp hold for 6 minutes...... or as long as you can..

    i don't see why it would hurt your growth

    it might actually be good for keeping your metabolism going while you sleep...that is, if you're trying to cut
