Guys I need some advice here.....yesterday I noticed when i extend my right arm in a certain way, I feel a pulling directly on my right side lat.....it doesn't hurt at all but I don't know what it is.....i took the day off yesterday from the gym because I didn't want to injure myself any further....has anyone experienced anything like this....its a very strange feeling and i certainly don't want to hurt myself even more......please help me out if you can....thanks bros!....
