My training partner is trying to get me to do our morning workouts on an emtpy stomach. 6 days (3 cardio, 3 weights). I have been doing empty stomach cardio for a while now and like it, but never working out on an empty stomach. Says it will increase body fat loss, but Im having a hard time buying that. Is there any negatives/positives to weight training on an empty stomach? Anyone here weight train on an empty stomach?
