    need help with chest

    its not like my chest is small but the rest of my body seems to be developing larger and quicker . should i hit it up twice a week. or does anyone have a killer chest work out they might be able to tell me thanks in advance

    i do it once and get great gains, i train everything once a week. i do 4 or 5 exercises at about 4 sets each and call it a day. works for me.

    Flat bench 4 sets, 6-8 reps
    Incline press 4 sets, 6-8 reps
    Decline press 4 sets, 6-8 reps
    Dumbbell flye's 3 sets, 8-10 reps
    Cable crossovers 3 sets, 8-10 reps

    Everyone is different though and this may not work well for you, but it works great for me.

    my chest has always been my best bodypart and i train it like this

    flat dumbell press 5 sets - 12,10,8,6,2-3
    incline bar press - 4 setes - 12,12,10,8
    flys (cable crossovers next workout) - 4 sets 12, 12, 10, 8
    dips - 4 sets (as many as i can do)

    i noticed (and have told other people which they said has helped a lot) when you are doing anything for chest to stretch as far as you can when you get to the bottom position. especialls with dumbell press and dips. on the last rep i have the weight just hang there for 5 seconds. it works great

    on your 4 sets of bench and 4 sets of incline...How many sets to you like to take to failure

    Well, i actually do 5 sets, the first one is a warmup for like 15 reps, second set is usually for 10 reps, third set is for 10 reps, then the final two sets i do til failure, failure should be around 6 reps.
