Is this good or bad???i hope good! today after my shoulders routine evyerthign was cool had a good pump i had changed my work out a lil and after work out i had my pwo shake and meals and evyerhting well abotu 30 mins after i eat my actual meal, the skin on my shoulders feel like they are stretching ..like u can barley pinch the skin kinda like a pump but doesn't feel like a bump skin itches alot... but just feels liek the skin around my delts are stretchign is this weird???? happen to any 1 else??
