aight guys i will be going out of town for 9 days. what kind of stuff can i do in a hotel so i can still workout. i know push ups for chest and sit ups. but what can i do for arms? this sucks cuase it will be my 4th week on test250 and i really wont be able to workout in a gym for 9 days. please help me with some workouts to do while im gone...thanks alot
