i am getting ready to start a deca at 400 week dbol 30ed and test e 500week, for bulking what i was wandering was would it be better to do 1 body part a week at maxium, or to do 2 a week i need info?

definitely do only 1 body part a week but train like crazy. YOu should have no energy left when you complete your workout. Most people will agree with me...train everything once per week at a high intensity.
I could not agree with you more...I work everything out once a week...But very heavy...My workout is something like this...Quote:
