Definitely. THey "oppose" each other and its best when you do them in supersets. Do a bi exercise, then do a tri exercise.
ij am getting ready to do one body part a week for bulking up, i can only work out 4 days what would be a good split routine, like bi/tri etc....

4-delts

I only ever do bis and tris on the same day.
I tried once a 3 month stint of triceps with chest and bis with back. Didn't workout for me at all and I actually started to loose arm mass. It might have had something to do with working out with my gf too :D, but who knows.
These days I just do them together and do supersets with them most times and I find that I can really beat the hell out of them and get a superpump.

I dont believe there is a right or wrong in this, you can and should mix it up every couple months anyway,
I personaly do them on seperate days that way I get an arm workout and great pumps on two different days of the week.
