    workout question

    when doing bi/tri on same day is it good to superset lilke preacher curls then go straight to tri pressdowns, need info.

    yea that works well. also for bench press doing cable rows works the "opposite" muscle group, so your bench will be stronger and youll be able to do more

    i usually go with triceps first then bi. close grip tris, barbell curls; french press, dumbel curls, tricep press down, hammer curls etc. etc.

    I always go straight from one movement to the next when super-setting bis/tris. My tris are fairly strong so I always start each super-set with a bicep exercise.
