Thread: cardio alternative.

Thought I would share this, I was getting really board to death with tread mill or stare master for half an hour. then I started this cool routine.
15 minutes of punching bag.
10 minutes of jump rope
This routine is a killer and I never get board.
Patent pending anyone who tries it owes me a nickel.

Sprints are far better than long distance running to continue muscle growth and increase indurance. Hill sprints or bleachers are top, followed by regular full out sprints.

Exerting too much can put your HR too high and you risk burning muscle instead of fat.

hasnt been a problem yet
I guess that could be a problem if diet wasnt in check, but hasnt been a problem so far.
